I recently stayed at Alienor in Brantome for a weekend getaway and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and I appreciated the thoughtfulness in how the rooms were arranged. One standout feature was the hotel's own carpark, which made parking hassle-free during the busy holiday season. Another plus was that all the rooms were located on the ground floor, making it convenient for guests with mobility issues. a welcoming and pleasant hotel that I would highly recommend.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel facilities were superb, and everything was intelligently arranged. The cleanliness was impressive, and the rooms were on the ground floor, which was convenient for people with mobility issues. The hotel even had its own carpark, which was a huge advantage, especially during the busy holiday season. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The breakfast provided was also delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all. Everything was perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-organized, with everything you need at your fingertips. Plus, the hotel had its own parking lot, which was a lifesaver in a town where parking can be a nightmare during peak season.
There were a few downsides to our experience. the hotel's location was quite far from the main attractions and shopping areas, making it a bit inconvenient for those wanting to explore the town on foot.

The hotel's own carpark was a godsend, considering the circus that is parking in Brantome during the holidays. The ground floor rooms were a real lifesaver for my lazy legs.
Oh, just loved how the nearest airport was conveniently located on another planet. So easy to get there.
